Nature's Colours and Flowers

This week has been somewhat eventful with my time directed away from the garden to other activities. So I was delighted to get out the other evening for a walk in the surrounding countryside to refresh my senses. I found it was an opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty and colour that is provided to us; and a reminder that flowers, colour and scent is not always about our (sometimes!) neatly manicured beds and borders.
This post is a couple of photos that I took, some are of scenery and others of hedgerow plants I came across.
Guess what though - I will be out with my knife taking cuttings at the weekend !!
